How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days across the continental United States.
Are your tea blends sugar-free?
Yes, all of our Loaded Tea mixes are formulated to be sugar-free and low-calorie, making them compatible with most health and wellness plans.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea kits. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How much caffeine is in one serving?
A standard serving of our Loaded Tea contains approximately 160mg to 200mg of caffeine, which is roughly equivalent to two cups of coffee.
Do I need special equipment to make these at home?
No special equipment is required. Our blends are designed to dissolve easily in water; you simply need a shaker bottle or a glass and a spoon.
